Recipe: CROCKPOT Chicken Tortilla Soup

Guys, if theres two things I love it’s soup and Mexican food. After trying out multiple chicken tortilla soups throughout the years, I finally took the bits I loved from each and made my own recipe. Living in Portland the weather can be grey and rainy most of winter and I LOVE this soup for a cozy night in or a small get together - I would say it can feed a group of 7-8.
